the process

1. Discovery Call

We'll jump on a call, get to know each other, and discuss exactly what you’re looking for. Once we decide to work together, I will send you a welcome package, contract for signature and invoice for down payment, then we can schedule the project start date. I will send you a list of everything I need from you to get started. PLEASE NOTE: Project start dates are no less than one month from the discovery call to allow adequate time to prepare.

2. Material Gathering

Your welcome package will include a questionnaire which tells me a bit more about you and your business. You'll also provide me with your website’s content (text, images, videos, product info, etc...)

3. Build Begins

I’ll build a first draft of your site using everything that you’ve provided me with. I keep you updated along the way and will periodically send you pages to review. The site will be built within two weeks. Your welcome package explains all the steps in detail for you.

4. Editing and Revision

You review the first draft and let me know what you would like changed - sometimes we don’t know what we want until we see it in action! The two-week build timeframe allows for two rounds of revisions after the initial review and editing.

5. Build complete and final draft submitted

I make all the requested changes, finalize the site and get ready for launch.

6. Site Launch and tutoring

Once you’re happy, I’ll connect your domain name and launch your new site. I’ll also record video tutorials that will show you how to easily update and manage your site on your own.
